Cambridge/AICE Advanced Program Application

Cambridge Application Period and Open Enrollment Begins January 18, 2021.  Applications are below.  One is a fillable PDF and the other is a copy to print and fill out.

Steps to Apply

Step 1: Print & complete the application for the Cambridge program at Estero High School

Step 2: Complete the Student Open Enrollment Process online with the District letter and PIN number or by registering in person at a Student Enrollment Office. (Students must complete the Student Open Enrollment Process and rank the schools available in their zone/subzone)
*If you receive a Sibling Enrollment Letter which will be mailed to parents on December 11, 2020, you may use that as your enrollment Receipt.

Step 3: Print the receipt stating you have completed the Student Open Enrollment Process or make a copy of the Sibling Enrollment Letter.

Step 4: Bring your completed advanced program application & student open enrollment receipt or sibling letter to Estero High School, or email to the Cambridge Coordinator. Cassie Baird –

(Steps 1 through 4 MUST be completed between January 18, 2021 through January 29, 2021)

Step 5: Acceptance letters will be mailed out to students on February 12, 2021.

Step 6: Students must email or mail in the letter of intent, to Estero High School, by February 22, 2021 or the seat will become available for another student.
Once you are placed at Estero High School, you will be removed from the general Student Enrollment Lottery.

Advanced/Special Programs (Arts, AICE, IB)

  • Application due to SCHOOL January 18– January 29, 2021
  • Accept/Denial Notification from School mailed February 12, 2021
  • Intent letters due to SCHOOL February 22, 2021
  • SCHOOL Information Specialists pick up accepted Advanced/Special Programs students February 16 – February 26, 2021
