Student Parking Pass Information / Application

To Pay for your 2025-2026 Parking Pass please visit and pay below.  Below is also a Link to a Google Form which students will need to complete, the confirmation number from the School Cash site will also be needed in this Google Form.

*Students are to complete the Google form (linked below) in its entirety in order to apply for and obtain a parking permit. You must use your school email account ([email protected]) in order to access this form. 


PARKING PASS APPLICATION (click here and complete)

 

Parking permits are available to Sophomore, Junior, and Senior students of Estero High School who have a valid driver's license; until spots are filled. Students who have temporary licenses are NOT permitted to get a parking permit and should not complete this form. In order to receive your parking pass, all student fees must be paid in full, including the parking fee associated with this application (see full procedure below). Payments are made through the School Cash online link found on this page and also the school Bookkeeper's office at the school. If interested in parking at the school this year, please review the following items:

*All the students purchasing a parking pass at the beginning of the school year will be required to pay the full $60.00 charge (which is non-refundable; please see below).

*I understand that parking fees are non-refundable (even for temporary school closures for health, safety, weather, and other unforeseen circumstances).

*I understand that this agreement is in effect through the entire school year during which such parking application has been completed, and that I will not receive a prorated nor refund for early turn-in prior to the end of the school year for any reason.

*All payments must be made via credit/debit card in advance of parking pass pick-up from student services location (2nd floor main office area).

Please Note:

1.  Parking passes are not transferable to any other person.  If you sell or give your parking pass away, both you and the recipient lose parking privileges for the remainder of the school year.

2.  If you do not complete payment for your parking pass at least one (1) day prior to your scheduled pick-up, there will be a 24-48 hour turnaround-time to get passes once fees are paid, and proof of payment is received, and that an online application is submitted properly with accurate information.



HOW TO PAY FOR PARKING VIA THE SCHOOL WEBSITE

1.       Log into  https://est.leeschools.net/

2.       Search for Parking

3.       Click the parking payment app link at the top of this page

4.       Pay the fee with a credit/debit card (Check out as Guest)

5.       Receipt will populate once payment is received

6.       Reference/confirmation number will appear

7.       Use the receipt confirmation/reference number for the parking application paperwork

 

PARKING APPLICATION PROCEDURE

12.   Log on to the Student Registration / Parking Pass Application:   https://forms.gle/jm9to5uHoAUD2ejn9

13.   Complete online application. (when uploading picture of license, save as a small format like .bmp)

14.   All School Fees must be paid (you will NOT be able to receive a parking pass until all fees are paid).

15.   Retrieve parking decal from Student Services (Katie Miers or Kasey Cobb)

16.   For safety and security, all parking passes must be displayed properly on front mirror or front dashboard at all times while on campus. Failure to do so will result in consequences.

 

PARKING VIOLATION CONSEQUENCES

1st violation - $50.00 Fine

2nd violation - Detention

3rd violation - parent meeting scheduled

4th violation - parking privileges revoked for the remainder of the school year.  No refunds will be issued.
