The Estero High School Culinary program is a unique opportunity for students to learn skills and techniques used in the culinary industry. With Chef Jeremy Jasper, formerly at the Ritz-Carlton, as the instructor students will truly learn what it really means to cook. Using the ProStart curriculum developed by the National Restaurant Association, culinary students will focus on safety and sanitation, proper knife skills, proper cooking techniques as well as skills necessary to be successful in the hospitality industry. Whether students have the interest to go on to culinary school or just a passion for food, Estero High Culinary is here to satisfy the hunger.
