Transcript Requests
Please see the Information Specialist to fill out a transcript request form. The Information Specialist is located in the front office by the guidance department. Parent/guardian signature is required for any student under 18 years of age. The cost is $1.00 per transcript after the 1st transcript. Please allow 24 hours for processing.
